Setting up your payroll

• We carry out a consultation to understand your particular requirements
• We transfer all of your current employees to our dedicated cutting-edge software
• We agree the approval process and payroll timetable with you

Processing your payroll

• We carry out a payroll run, updating any changes within the period – including any new starters or leavers
• We create personalised pay and deduction reports for you to approve
• We can cater for any payment method of your choice
• We send payslips to your employees usually via email and occasionally by post
• We satisfy all of HMRC’s RTI Reporting requirements

Year-end reporting on your payroll

• We prepare and submit a final Full Payment to RTC
• We produce and despatch your employees’ P60, P45 & P35L.
